Supplier Reports

 

You can start reporting on your supplier details and transactions just as soon as you have entered them into Sage Line 50. This is because several supplier reports are already created for you, and can be used straight away. For added flexibility you can create new reports based on your own selection of supplier data headings, such as name, year-to-date turnover, current balance and so on. You can even pick from your list of suppliers those that you want to report on. Reports can be sent to your printer, a file, or to the screen for previewing and/or further modification and even e-mailed to other people.

You can save your selection of data fields as a report template for future use. All report templates you save in this way will be listed automatically in the files area of the Supplier Reports window list box. Before you start creating your own, though, we recommend you use the standard reports to familiarise yourself with the procedure to follow. The standard reports are given the status of æFixedÆ in the Supplier Reports window.
